Vouchers are redeemed by entering the code at checkout. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash. No exchanges or refunds are accepted. If there is a remaining balance (which is always a good excuse to come back), it can be used for future purchases, as long as the voucher is still valid.
