These violet 272D copy pencils are copying pencils, for use on wet surfaces, wood, stone, fabric, transferring drawings, writing or drawing on wet surfaces, very commonly used by tattoo artists.

They come in a 1950s reissue box, which pays homage to the heritage of Viarco, the historic Portuguese pencil factory founded in 1907 and still active in São João da Madeira.

This collection is part of a series of limited editions that revive the charm of the 1940s to 1960s, when a good pencil lasted for years and design didn't need batteries.

Each box contains 12 272D hard pencils, with a round, violet barrel, and gold engraving.
